Abstract Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is commonly used in structural repair and strengthening due to its high tensile strength, non-corrosive lightweight. On the other side FRP relatively brittle compared steel. This study hybrid consisting of GFRP CFRP, by combining two type with different characteristic it be expected that more will fail first followed elastic one, therefore creating a sequential failure. However CFRP have higher strength comparison GFRP, it’s necessary reduce reducing volume. divided into topics, test beam flexural test. For test, total three variation (GC30, GC40, GC50). The shown failure behaviour, then applied reinforced concrete tested under monotonic point load device. result occur on GC30 GC40. GC40 had ultimate at 24.86 kN. there variation, i.e. control (CB) strengthened (BGC). When compared, BGC 40.0% increase yield 55.43% for load.
